Premarital Counseling

Why Premarital Counseling?

Marriage is an amazing, life-long adventure of love and mutual support. But relationships are hard work and marriages are not invulnerable. The odds seem stacked against a successful and thriving marriage. But you deserve to have the marriage that God wants for you.

My wife and I know how hard it is to navigate the challenges of life and marriage. Without the right skills and relational tools marriage can be overwhelming.

How I Can Help

Learn the skills and tools to build a foundation for your marriage that is strong and healthy. We can meet entirely online and find a pace that meets your schedule. In the end you'll have what you need to make a strong start.

Imagine being able to “speak the truth in love” to each other in a way that is self-aware and gracious. Imagine having a language for expressing feelings and needs that avoids mind-reading and unmet expectations. And imagine going into your wedding day knowing that you are both already committed to using relational skills to grow and thrive in marriage.

The Plan

After we agree to work together, the process is simple:

  1. Take an online assessment called Prepare - Enrich.

  2. Schedule your sessions.

  3. Develop new skills before your wedding day.

Let’s Start the Process

Start the application process so we can schedule a call.

About Wesley

I’ve been married to Angey since 2004, and we’ve had a great marriage. But it hasn’t always been easy. I’m SURE it’s been hard to be married to me! Along the way we’ve learned from each other and from mentors. We’ve also been trained and gained tools and skills that we both wish we’d had at the beginning.

I’m excited to have an opportunity to help you start stronger by laying the foundation of your marriage on the truth of who God is and how He’s made you.

Hope to hear from you soon!
